Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: Yes. We offer exchanges only for size issues, and only if the customer raises a request within 24 hours of delivery.

Q: How do I request an exchange?

A: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Share your order number and the size you want to exchange for.

Q: What conditions must be met for an exchange?

A:
1.Product must be unused
2.Product must be unwashed
3.Must include original packaging & tags
4.No stains, perfume smell, damage, or signs of wear

If any of these conditions fail, the exchange will be rejected.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: No. We only provide size exchanges, not refunds.

Q: Who pays for exchange shipping?

A: The customer must ship the product back to us. After we receive and verify the item, we will dispatch the replacement size.
